The Caring Place has provided meals to the Xenia community for 34 years and counting. The goal was to make the meals a community effort, with participation from churches, civic organizations, families, and volunteers. From that goal our intent is to feed anyone desiring a meal. Currently we serve an average of over 140 meals each Thursday.

We are thankful to all these organizations and are looking to add to our list of contributors. We serve 50-52 meals every year. When no church, family or organization signs up to provide a meal, our core group of 10 volunteers prepares a meal. This stretches our budget and our resources.
